The activities, on site, include a swimming pool, small kiddies play park with trampoline and climbing frame. For the more grown up there are darts, a pool table, nine pin Skittle Alley, Gymnasium and Sauna. For those prepared to travel( +/- 40 minutes drive there is golf, horse riding, many hiking trails and adventure activities such as a zip line, king swing and quad biking. For those with their own quad bikes, off road motorbikes, 4 x 4 and Mountain Bikes there are challenging trails nearby. The four by four Trails will challenge the most adventurous with scenery that is amongst the most beautiful in the Drakensberg. Secure Parking is available for all equipment.

All Saints Church in Ladysmith which was built in 1899 and is in the shape of a cross. It is not only a wonderful piece of Architecture but has plaques naming the Regiments and men who fought in the Anglo-Boer war and lost their lives. Swartzkop Gun Run held during the month of February each year.

Visit to the Statue of the Kaalvoet Vroue and Voortrekkers Pass.
I mention this again as two of my guests visited this site and then travelled onto Dundee to the Museum there and found that stories on the plaque by Kerkenberg and the Kaalvoet vroue linked with the history in that area.
