An occupier of any room or cottage shall not allow the generation of noise whatsoever kind within or outside their room or cottage which has the effect of disturbing any other occupier at 'The Homestead'.

Guests are responsible for all breakages,shortages or loss occurring during their stay to any linen,furniture,effects and fittings in their room/cottage or caused by them in and about 'The Homestead Guest lodge'.

If self-catering please remember to bring all items for washing up.dishwashing liquid.dish clothes.

Should you wish to have a braai and are not self-catering,please remember to bring all your utensils ,knives fork,tongs paper plates dishes etc and charcoal for the braai.

A charge of R100 per room levied on cancellation, at all times.

25 % of total cost of stay is charged if cancelled 30 to 60 days before arrival date.

50 % of total cost of stay is charged if cancelled 15 to 30 days before arrival date.

100 % of total cost of stay is charged if cancelled 1 to 15 days before arrival date.
